Village Store Lestari is looking for a dedicated and efficient Cashier Staff to join our team. As a Cashier Staff, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our store's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and accurately.,Manage the cash drawer, ensuring there is sufficient change and handling any discrepancies.,Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.,Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, following store policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.,Follow all store policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Cashier or Retail Associate is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point of sale systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds.,Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive work environment.
