📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned outlets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and sales reporting software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
