📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities.,Support team members in achieving their individual and collective goals.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Organize and facilitate team meetings and training sessions.,Assist in developing and implementing team strategies and action plans.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance.,Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successful team management.
