• Collaborate with researchers and scientists to design and implement breeding programs.

• Participate in field trials and evaluate the performance of new rice varieties.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the training of new staff.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in plant breeding and genetics through continuous learning and professional development.
• Assist in the development of direct-seeded hybrid rice parental lines to improve rice production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's degree in Plant Breeding, Genetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant breeding and genetics research.
• Strong background in genetic analysis and molecular biology techniques.
• Proficiency in using QGIS, R, and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with field trials and statistical analysis of experimental data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required.
