📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.,Manage and mentor a team of employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the department in meetings with senior management.,Identify and implement training and development opportunities for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully leading a team.,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to use HR software and tools effectively.
