Depot Head - Bali Region (Logistics & Operations Leadership)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Depot Head to oversee our logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations in the Badung region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring efficient inventory management, and driving operational excellence to support our growing customer base.

With a proven track record in logistics and operations management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the depot, including inventory management, warehouse activities, and distribution logistics.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high performance and team morale.
• Implement and optimize logistics processes using SAP and JDA software to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP and JDA software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the paint and coatings industry is a plus.
