📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement hazardous waste management strategies in compliance with PPLB3 regulations.
• Conduct regular monitoring and assessment of waste streams to identify potential risks and environmental impacts.
• Implement and oversee mitigation measures to minimize environmental impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of environmental practices into operational activities.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on environmental regulations and best practices.
• Conduct environmental audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on environmental performance and compliance status.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance environmental sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hazardous waste management, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in PPLB3 regulations and hazardous waste management practices.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and international best practices.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP EM, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
