📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and performance management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory.,Monitor and analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure profitability.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving business performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
