In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to end-users. You will work with a variety of tools and software, including Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, to ensure that our IT infrastructure is robust and secure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) and testing to ensure that all applications and systems meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the software.
• Deploy and configure new applications and systems, ensuring that they are set up correctly and are functioning as intended.
• Provide technical support to end-users, helping them to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Monitor system performance and identify any potential issues or bottlenecks that may impact the overall functionality of the system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that all hardware and software solutions are integrated seamlessly and are working together effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements or updates to our existing systems.
• Document all processes and procedures, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and easy to follow for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT implementation and support, with a focus on Quality Assurance (QA) and testing.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or a related field are a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to travel, if required.
