📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the agricultural or food industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Portuguese is a plus.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.
