CV Tambang Rahayu is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our team in Dili. As the Lead Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
