📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded through effective team leadership and motivation.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and outlet metrics.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage outlet budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail or customer service environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.
