📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and guidance to pharmacy staff.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits of pharmacy practices to maintain high standards of care.,Develop and implement training programs for pharmacy staff.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is optimized.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication histories.,Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical role, preferably in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with pharmacy management software is a plus.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.
