Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Ensure that our products are promoted effectively through various channels.Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to network and promote our products.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with sales management software and tools.Ability to travel for business purposes.🛠️ Keahlian
