📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management in the hospitality or coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
