Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute experiential marketing campaigns that align with the brand's identity and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and immersive experiences.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for various marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the brand's visual identity.
  • Measure the success of experiential campaigns and provide insights for future improvements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design and experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful experiential campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and creative design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
