📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring fair and competitive packages.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement relevant strategies to improve HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
