We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Learning & Development to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to meet the needs of our employees.,Identify training and development needs through assessments, surveys, and performance evaluations.,Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and manage budgets for training and development initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development activities into the overall business strategy.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external training providers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
