📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the store's daily operations, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.,Train and supervise junior staff members, ensuring that they are up-to-date with store policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels, and report any issues to the store manager.,Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with a focus on creating a pleasant shopping environment for customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to the store's operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven track record of success in managing store operations and driving sales.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.,Knowledge of retail software and systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well in a team environment, and the willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations, and a commitment to providing a safe and inclusive working environment for all staff members and customers.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both English and Indonesian.
