📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of the operating room, including setting up equipment and sterilizing instruments.,Monitor patients' vital signs and provide necessary care during surgical procedures.,Assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to infection control protocols.,Provide post-operative care to patients, including monitoring recovery and administering medications as needed.,Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures.,Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices in surgical nursing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.,Active nursing license in Indonesia or eligible for licensure.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse, preferably in an operating room or surgical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the surgical team and patients.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
