📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cash flow operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations.
• Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize costs.
• Monitor and analyze cash flow trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements and bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage relationships with bankers and financial institutions to secure favorable terms and services.
• Provide training and support to finance team members on cash management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash management, banking, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
