📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and adapt content from Indonesian to Mandarin and vice versa with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with writers, editors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of translated materials.
• Proofread and edit translations to maintain consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure cultural and linguistic appropriateness.
• Manage translation projects using project management tools like Asana or Trello.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation and localization.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Mandarin Chinese, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional translator or coordinator.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin Chinese (HSK level 6 or equivalent).
• Proficient in using translation software such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
