📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors and nurses with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain medical records, including patient charts and electronic health records using systems like EPIC or Cerner.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens.
• Assist in patient education and counseling.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient information.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
