📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting using advanced tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Optimize cash flow and manage working capital to ensure financial stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Treasury, or a similar role in the renewable energy sector.
• Proven experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in financial planning and analysis (CFP, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards in Indonesia.
• Passion for driving impact in the renewable energy sector.
