📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and administer project contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including variations, extensions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports on contract status and performance to senior management.
• Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on contractual matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, particularly in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law and construction regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
