📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Oversee the design and execution of interior spaces for Erajaya's retail and lifestyle stores, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and customer experience expectations.
• Develop and present design concepts, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring projects to life.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and materials, incorporating innovative solutions into your projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility standards in all design projects.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and benefits of the proposed designs.
• Evaluate and select suitable vendors and contractors for materials, furniture, and other design elements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design teams and delivering high-quality projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of retail and lifestyle design principles, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects in this sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
